Emerald Villa 4 PERMIT NO: 48-1260

We stayed at Emerald Villa for two weeks in July as a group of nine across two families. The villa was extremely spacious and suited us perfectly, with accommodation spread over three levels and the added benefit of every bedroom having its own en-suite bathroom. The villa is around a 15-minute walk from Hisarönü, which has a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops. We often took a taxi back as the uphill walk home could be quite challenging, especially in the heat! Jayne organised our airport transfers, and any issues or queries we had during our stay were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We had a fantastic holiday. The villa was excellent, with a lovely pool area that everyone enjoyed. We would definitely use K Rentals again and would highly recommend them for their trustworthy and professional service

We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Villa 4 in Fethiye. The villa was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a lovely private pool and garden. The location was peaceful but close to Ölüdeniz Beach and local amenities. Booking with Jayne and Adam was brilliant—they were friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
