We are the kennedy family, a UK born family and we moved to Turkey back in 2001, Our background is in both construction and finance and rentals both here and in the UK.

We have 3 children who are now in their mid to late Twenties and are all fluent in Turkish, so there are never any communication barriers, through living in the Fethiye/Ölüdeniz region we have all gained extensive knowledge of the area and the renting of villas and apartments on behalf of the owners for their guests’ holidays.

We can also arrange long term let’s for people that may want to spend their whole summers here or for those that may be looking at moving to Turkey, a perfect opportunity to rent and try before you buy.

We are always on hand with the personal touch and are contactable all the time during owners or guests stays. We meet and greet all our guests and offer local knowledge of the area and show them around especially if it’s their first time visiting.

On booking any accommodation we can arrange private airport transfers and welcome packs if required.

Our network of people and local tradesmen is vast as is our connection to local businesses like bars, restaurants, boat trips, excursions, car hire, so you can confidently book/plan your holiday trip with or without extras all under the one roof.

We as the Kennedy family have made our mark here over the last 20 years so have done our apprenticeship, which intern allows us to help others enjoy this beautiful county we live in.
